The hotel's public onsen was a delightful experience, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
Limited dining options nearby posed a challenge, especially since many places seem to close early in the evening.

traditional room, spacious bathroom, public onsen with shampoo options
The en suite toilet lacks a bidet!!! Limited space to store toiletries in the bathroom is frustrating!!! It’s annoying that the nearby dining options close early, making it difficult to find food after a long day!!!

The Japanese-style room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The welcoming staff went above and beyond, assisting in securing dinner reservations and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The onsen experience was delightful, especially with the variety of shampoo and conditioner options available. However, limited dining choices in the vicinity and early closing times for local restaurants posed some challenges during our trip.

Enjoyed the large public bath, especially with the view of the small garden. The room felt spacious and well-appointed. Staff members were extremely accommodating and offered great tips for dining outside the ryokan. However, the uphill walk from the railway station was a bit challenging, especially after a long journey. Limited dining options nearby can be a drawback, as many places close early. I appreciated the coffee and pastries available in the room, which made for a nice surprise for breakfast. The futon comforters were cozy, but setting them up ourselves was a new experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
